Oil and Gas Equipment Manufacturers

Oil and gas manufacturers require a variety of oil and gas equipment and services to operate effectively. This equipment includes everything from valves and pumps to pipelines and storage tanks. While some oil and gas manufacturers may be able to get by with used or refurbished equipment, most will need to purchase new equipment at some point.

Auto-Turn has been supplying oilfield equipment and services to the top oil and gas companies for around four decades. We have grown from a small machine shop to a major player in the industry with an extensive product line that includes flanges, welding tees, retainer, valves, fittings, cylinders/heads, plugs, thrust pumps, load cells, plated components, more.

Our extensive experience in oilfield equipment and manufacturing has allowed us to become one of the most trusted suppliers. We are committed to providing high-quality products at competitive prices, as well as excellent customer service. Our team is always on standby to provide you with a quick response to any query or concern you might have about our products or services.

Gas Valves

Gas valves are essential in the gas industry as they control the flow of gas to a specific location. They can be classified into three types, which are:

  • Manual Gas Valves: These valves are controlled manually by turning a knob or lever. They have a manual cutoff valve that can be opened and closed by hand.
  • Pilot Operated Gas Valves: These valves are operated with an external pilot flame, which is lit and extinguished automatically when the valve is open or closed, respectively.
  • Automatic Gas Valves: These valves use an automatic pilot flame that is lit when needed and extinguished when not needed. The pilot flame is lit automatically by sensing the pressure difference across it.

Auto-Turn products are designed to perform the best, even in the harshest conditions. Our valves have been used across the globe in different industries, such as oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, steel, pulp and paper, mining, and more.

  • Pressure Regulating Valves: This valve is used to maintain constant pressure in the pipeline.
  • Shutoff Valves: This valve is used to stop all gas flow in and out of the system.
  • Safety Relief Valves: This valve is used for safety purposes; it releases excess pressure from the pipeline when it reaches its maximum capacity.
  • Venturi Throttle Valves: This valve is used to control and regulate the flow rate of gas into a pipeline.

Industrial Valves

Having robust and reliable industrial valves is vital for smooth and efficient oil and gas manufacturing, mining, and refining. Here are the four most common valves used in the industry:

  • Gate valve: Used to regulate flow or stop the flow at a certain point.
  • Globe valve: Used to regulate flow by rotating it around its axis, usually with manual operation.
  • Ball valve: Used to regulate flow by rotating it around its axis, typically with manual operation or with a motorized actuator.
  • Butterfly valve: Used to regulate flow by rotating it around its axis, usually with manual operation or with a motorized actuator.

The maintenance costs for these valves can be expensive and lead to downtime. With our industrial valves, this is never a problem. Our valves are designed to be long-lasting, reliable, and backed by best-in-class warranties.

Safety Valves

Safety valves are important components in the oil and gas industry. Safety valves by Auto-Turn can prevent high-pressure steam, water, or gas from escaping into the atmosphere. They also protect equipment and people from high-temperature or high-pressure situations.

  • Pressure safety valve: The pressure safety valve is a type of valve that will shut off if there is an increase in pressure. These types of valves can be found on many industrial pipelines, stacks, and tanks.
  • Blowdown safety valve: This type of valve will automatically release excess steam or water to prevent over-pressurization.
  • Relief valve: A relief valve will automatically release pressure when it reaches its maximum capacity. These types of valves are typically found on boilers, furnaces, and pipes carrying hot liquids at high temperatures or pressures.
  • Thermal relief valve: This type of safety device prevents a boiler from overheating by releasing excess heat automatically.
